Who will rehair my bow?
Your bow will be rehaired by Jerry Pasewicz.
What quality of horsehair do you use?
We use only one grade of horsehair – the very best available. Black hair as well as salt & pepper hair is offered for bass bows.
Does it cost extra to have my bow cleaned and polished?
There is no extra charge for having your bow cleaned and polished. We take great pride in our work and consider a thorough, professional re-hair to include returning your bow cleaned, polished, rosined and looking its best.
Do you offer other bow work?
Yes — we offer a full range of restoration and repair services for bows and instruments. Feel free to inquire about specific repairs: 1-877-REHAIR1.
Can I ship my bow in a bow case?
We strongly recommend using our specially designed NetRehair tube. Most bow cases are not built for shipping. For the safety of your bow, we cannot accept shipments in standard commercial bow cases.
I have my own shipping materials, should I use those?
“While you may have your own shipping materials, we strongly prefer that you use our specially designed NetRehair tube. Many bow cases and standard containers are not suitable for safe shipping, so for the protection of your bow we can only proceed with shipments from our workshop in our NetRehair tubes.
Is the work on my bow guaranteed?
Yes — our work is guaranteed without question. We take great strides to rehair your bow to the appropriate length based on the humidity where the bow is being shipped. To that end, we guarantee the length of the hair for the life of the hair.
Is my bow insured? are you bonded?
Yes — NetRehair is bonded and insured. Your bow is fully insured while in our care, and every return shipment is covered up to $50,000 in transit.
We also recommend that you contact your insurer to confirm coverage when shipping to NetRehair, or purchase additional insurance with your carrier.”

For bass bows, we offer:
